Peabody Patch 11:09 p.m. A caller at a
Washington Street apartment reported her neighbor was always
smoking weed inside the building. An officer spoke with the male
and he denied smoking anything, although the officer said there
was a very faint smell. The neighbor was advised to open her
window clear out the smell. |
