buildings have recently decreed that smoking isn't allowed
anywhere indoors—no ifs, ands or butts—even in a resident's own
home, and several more buildings are considering similar
prohibitions.

accused of shooting a neighbor with a BB gun because he was
angry that the neighbor was smoking on the neighbor’s balcony,
