7/19/12 UPDATE We have just been informed by Mayor Bloom that Councilmember Shriver will not be present at the meeting. Therefore, there probably will not be enough votes to pass the second reading of the ordinance. The Mayor assured me that the ordinance will come back in the future, but as a first reading.
