There is currently no charge for listing a vacancy in a smoke-free building. Simply email or fax the information (no limit on wording). Every effort will be made to put the listing online within 24 hours upon receipt, but 1-2 work days may be required under some circumstances. There is no charge to answer questions regarding legal and/or safety issues concerning smoking in multi-unit housing. The most important thing is to help you protect your property and provide a safe, smoke-free living environment for your residents. Please feel free to call or email with any questions about creating a smoke-free building for your property.		There is no charge to view smoke-free apartment listings. Please mention that you read the listing on this site when contacting the owner or manager. Many Web sites can be accessed on the Where page providing basic information on health issues, legal options and requirements, as well as articles on what's happening in smoke-free housing across the United States. If you know of an apartment owner or condo associations with smoke-free building regulations, please forward as much information as is available so the information can be shared with others.
